Support for Foodexpo’s new trade fair concept is strong among the exhibitors, who highlight the new industry-unifying zones and the resulting improved opportunity to meet the most relevant customers. Foodexpo 2026 will take place at MCH Messecenter Herning 22–24 March.

When Foodexpo once again fills the halls of MCH Messecenter Herning this March with an extensive and inspiring buffet of everything food-related, it will be easier than ever to get an overview. With a redesigned layout and a focus on gathering the various branches of the food industry into tailored zones, the opportunities for a rewarding fair are optimized for both visitors and exhibitors. The exhibitors, in particular, see advantages in the new concept - including Orkla Denmark Food Solutions.

- We know from previous editions of Foodexpo that there is a demand for product knowledge and new inspiration. We are participating in Foodexpo 2026 with two different stands - one in The Marketplace and one in Bakers Alley. These specific zones give us a really good opportunity to be ultra-specific and even more relevant to our customers, says Tina Quaade, Head of Marketing at Orkla Denmark Food Solutions, adding:

- At our stand in The Marketplace we dive into flavour-packed servings and Bähncke fast-food solutions specifically developed for professional kitchens. At our stand in Bakers Alley we offer Easyfood tastings from the baked-convenience universe. The entire stand offers a major experience that is particularly relevant for this part of the industry.

Aqua d'Or: The concept encourages dialogue and interaction
Aqua d'Or, which naturally belongs on Beverage Avenue, is also highly supportive of the new trade fair concept.

- At Aqua d'Or, we believe that experiences create connections. The new trade fair concept with zone-divided universes like Bevarge Avenue provides a setting where we can meet professionals and consumers at eye level. The new concept encourages dialogue and interaction, and we look forward to sharing Aqua d'Or’s development - both in terms of our broad portfolio and the journey we are on as a brand. We look forward to listening, learning and inspiring, says Line Giessing Jørgensen, Head of Marketing Waters at Danone Nordics and Baltics, continuing:

- Beverage Avenue creates a thematic coherence that makes it easy for visitors to find what suits them. For Aqua d'Or, this means that we are placed in a context where our products and messages gain maximum relevance. This strengthens both networking opportunities and our position as a modern beverage partner that dares to think new and broad.

Foodexpo: Several zones are already close to sold out
At the Foodexpo team, there is naturally great satisfaction with the many positive and forward-looking comments from exhibitors.

- We are very grateful for the exhibitors’ reception of the new trade fair concept, and we are very pleased to note that interest in the fair is generally high. We have received many reservations, and several areas are already close to being sold out. We look forward to the ongoing work and to seeing how exhibitors benefit from the optimized opportunities to create relevant meetings when everything kicks off in March, says Foodexpo's Project Manager Pia Agerbo Bjerg, MCH A/S.

This last point refers to the fact that exhibitors, under the new trade fair concept, gain new opportunities to invite customers and partners into their respective zones. For example, an exhibitor in Bakers Alley can now present themselves in a focused area that matches their part of the industry, in terms of both exhibitors and events.
