FÜLEKY TOKAJI SZAMORODNI SWEET

Wine & Spirit Store

Ripe lemon color. Light, clean, floral aroma, citrus blossom, but also a little barrel in the aroma. Good acidity in the mouth, not too high sugar sensation, very well-balanced, but still starting to build up the bottle aging notes. A little Turkish honey, botrytis notes, freshly dried peaches and peach seeds appear alongside their delicate bitterness, which has a particularly refreshing effect here. Long, good finish, with flavors mostly reminiscent of jam being cooked.

Wine-food pairing:

complex-flavored poultry dishes, even those with sauces, or pâtés can also be paired with it
burrata caprese, I tried it, the wine goes well with extra virgin olive oil
light, fruity desserts, pies
mature cheeses, comté, beaufort, but also mature cheddar and leicester, or gouda
dried apricot honey cream
apricot dumplings with lots of buttery toasted crumbs
