Pale golden-colored, medium-bodied wine. Ripe red apple and balanced barrel notes appear first in the aroma, followed by a little honeyed roasted pumpkin. It has a creamy aroma and texture. In the mouth, the acid is in nice harmony with the alcohol, and the flavors show more pear notes, but at the same time a little toastiness appears. Its long, beautiful finish is also more about creaminess. A rich, complex sip!
We recommend it chilled to 8-10 °C.

not too fatty steak (not a wagyu, more like a rib-eye), or a grilled onion
