Color: Clear straw yellow.
Aroma: Intense with notes of stone fruit and ripe citrus.
A classic botrytized vintage wine with great balance, produced as a late harvest wine.
Easy to drink with an elegant and light harmony between sugar and acid.
The taste is fresh and lively, filled with crisp, especially citrus-influenced aromas.

Serving: Recommended served chilled to 8–10 °C

Perfect as an aperitif

Foie gras (freshly fried or as a pâté) on toasted brioche with butter

Marinated or dried meat

Scallops or very fresh red shrimp (gambero rosso) or lobster/crayfish, lightly fried in butter, finished with a splash of this wine and reduced to a sauce

Mature goat and sheep cheeses

Veal or lamb brisket, fried or breaded, served with a Far Eastern kombu-based sauce

Fruity dessert in a glass, tiramisù
