Its appearance is nearly crystal clear with pale lemon reflections. The light, fruity aroma and flavour are dominated by Golden Delicious apple. The dry sip lingers, evolving into a complex taste experience with ripe gooseberry, white mulberry, and subtle banana notes. Best enjoyed alongside creamy seafood pasta. Serve at 10-12°C.
