On 28 March there will be a world premiere of a brand new competition, when Nordic Green Chef is held for the first time.
Nordic Green Chef is a brand new competition, which will be held for the first time at Foodexpo 2022. Two participants from each Nordic country, a chef and a junior chef, will participate in the new, exciting competition that focuses on green ingredients with an emphasis on the Nordic vegetables and fruits.
The competition will be held on Monday 28 March, starting at 17.30 in Hall E. Make your way past the competition area and experience the starting shot for this world premiere before you return home from Foodexpo, which closes at 18:00. The winner will be chosen on Tuesday 29 March in the afternoon in Hall E.
