Nordic Green Chef international has grown into a strong Nordic success, where some of the region’s most talented competition chefs compete in a greener version of the classic culinary contests.
The competition is not vegan, but vegetables take center stage.
This creates a creative foundation for chefs to showcase their craftsmanship and green gastronomic talent.
