Green Chef has grown into a significant Nordic success.

Here, some of the Nordic region’s most talented competition chefs face off in a new, greener version of the classic culinary contests.

The competition is not vegan, but vegetables take center stage. This creates an exciting and creative foundation where chefs truly have the opportunity to showcase their craftsmanship and understanding of green gastronomy.

The following countries are already confirmed:

The judging panel consists of some of the highest-ranked judges in Worldchefs:

  • Rick Stephens, Vice President og Chairman of Culinary Competition Committee (CCC)
  • Carlo Sauber, Chair of the judges at the World Cup, judge at Bocuse d’Or among others, and member of the CCC
  • Frank Wittmann, long-time Chairman of the judging committee at the Culinary Olympics in Germany and also a member of the CCC
