Nordic competitions for professionel chefs

Nordic Green Chef

At Foodexpo 2022, the visitors could experience the competition Nordic Green Chef, and the competition will return again for Foodexpo 2024.Nordic Greef Chef is a professional competition which focuses on sustainability and vegetable-based dishes. The participating countries are Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland.

The competition starts on Monday 18 March 2024 at Foodexpo from 5 pm.

Nordic Chef and Waiter

On Tuesday 19 March 2024, you will have the opportunity to gain an insight into the creativity and diversity when five countries compete for the titles of Nordic Best Chef and Waiter. Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland are the participating countries in the competition. Five chefs, five junior chefs and five waiters take part in the competition. A winner is chosen in each category.

The competitions are free to attend and are organized by Kokkeforeningen
