Danish Stoneground Spelt Flour NaturAks is 100% wholegrain, which is why it carries the official Whole Grain logo. Stone milling is an ancient and gentler milling method that preserves a larger proportion of the grain’s germ and bran in the flour. This results in bread with outstanding flavour, a golden crumb, and higher levels of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre from the grain.
The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration recommends 90 grams of wholegrain per day – preferably more as part of a varied diet. This product contains 100 grams of wholegrain per 100 grams.
