arrow_backTo the overviewDried organic spelt sourdough makes it possible to bake flavourful wheat bread with the characteristic taste of spelt sourdough. It is based on a traditional spelt mother sourdough that has been dried and then milled into flour.
Application: Recommended dosage is 2–5% of the total flour weight in the recipe, corresponding to 20–50 g per kg of flour. The dosage can be adjusted depending on the desired intensity of sourdough flavour.
