Spelt Sur 10/90 NaturAks is a Nordic-inspired dried sourdough that makes it possible to bake flavourful wheat bread with the characteristic taste of spelt. It is based on a traditional spelt mother sourdough that has been dried and then milled into flour. Use at 5–10% of the total flour weight.

Spelt Sur 10/90 NaturAks can also be used in other types of wheat bread where a hint of spelt flavour is desired. The product is based on a traditional spelt mother sourdough that has been dried and milled into flour.

The product carries the NaturAks® label – your guarantee that the grain is grown without the use of growth regulators or pre-harvest desiccation.
