Increased capacity – uncompromising quality

Restaurant Østergade 1 in Randers is built on a from-scratch philosophy – baking its own sourdough bread, preparing stocks and sauces in-house, and maintaining high culinary standards across every service.

With a HOUNÖ Invoq Stackit solution, Head Chef René Stenholt has optimized both space and workflow. The vertically stacked configuration provides two ovens in the footprint of one, enabling parallel production without additional floor space.

Fish can be gently steamed at low temperatures in one oven while bread is baked at high heat in the other. Pre-programmed recipes ensure consistent results – regardless of who operates the oven.

Automated cleaning programs minimize downtime and free up valuable time in a busy kitchen.

For Østergade 1, Stackit is not just about capacity – it is an investment in operational stability, efficiency, and culinary creativity.
