13 February 2026 | HOUNÖ A/S

As part of a kitchen renovation in Aarhus, Schouw & Co. selected a HOUNÖ Invoq Stackit Hybrid to ensure flexibility, ease of use, and consistent high quality in daily production.

The canteen serves 20–30 employees daily as well as visiting guests. The compact stacked configuration allows two different cooking processes to run simultaneously, increasing capacity without requiring additional floor space.

The ovens are used for everything from grilled vegetables and steamed fish to sourdough bread and classic roasts. Saved favorite programs ensure consistent results, while automated cleaning keeps the ovens ready for the next service with minimal effort.

Local support and Danish-language training have also been key advantages. For Schouw & Co., Stackit Hybrid delivers operational reliability, efficiency, and a modern kitchen solution designed for everyday performance.
