High-capacity canteen production with improved efficiency

At Körber Supply Chain DK, the canteen serves up to 120 employees daily. To streamline operations and increase production capacity, the kitchen team invested in a HOUNÖ Invoq Hybrid Stackit solution (10-1/1 GN + 6-1/1 GN).

The vertically stacked configuration optimizes space while consolidating most production in the ovens. Today, the unit handles nearly everything – from baking rye bread and rolls to roasting, combi cooking, and precise steaming of rice, pasta, and vegetables.

The combination of convection heat and steam has significantly reduced cooking times while improving juiciness and consistency. The result is a more efficient workflow, increased capacity, and reliable high-quality output – even at high daily volumes.

For Körber, Invoq Hybrid Stackit has become a key tool in delivering healthy, flavorful meals with operational stability and optimized kitchen performance.
