For over 130 years, we have been dedicated to creating delicious cheeses. The key to success is simple: the milk must be of high quality, and we ensure this by sourcing it from healthy cows thriving on our own farms.

Our approach involves meticulous craftsmanship, as a smaller cooperative dairy, we collaborate closely to achieve the best possible results – with the shared goal of producing uniquely exceptional cheeses.

Quality cheese originates from the excellent milk of contented cows. A significant portion of the milk we use to craft our cheeses comes from our own farms in the mid-Jutland lake highlands.

All our farms are located within a 25 km radius of the dairy, and the cheese is produced and packaged locally at our dairy in Them, contributing to a more environmentally friendly production chain.
