In 2016, a handful of gastronomic personalities had the vision, courage and drive to redefine alcohol-free sparkling wines. What they created was an exciting paradox: refreshing, elegant and simple non-alcoholic wine alternatives ("proxies"). To achieve these unique flavour experiences, we use the traditional fermentation known from champagne, but stimulated with new technical approaches to brewing. The result is a range of unique wine alternatives, each with its own style and purpose.

In 2024, a new chapter started, where we continue the three well-known products; Botanicals, Hibiscus and Gentle Thai, while we explore traditions, recipes and flavors from other innovative climes. We are working on a few new products, which you will soon hear more about.

We also started a new project, Far & Friends, where we introduce Denmark to some of the world's best and most innovative alcohol-free products: Gnista Spirits. When we last year tasted Gnista's red wine alternatives, we were convinced. Talk of not being able to make a tasty and complex red wine alternative could be buried. Gnista has achieved what was seen as the hardest task in non-alcoholic, making a complexity drink with tannins resembling what he know from red-wine. Gnista has also managed to make two non-alcoholic spirit-alternatives that live up to the best alcohol-based.
