Sparkling fermented non-alcoholic wine-alternative. A rich taste of late summer berries, ending in a dry note. Produced from organic hibiscus flowers, adding the natural and tempting red color.

Pair with rich main courses, instead of a red wine, or as a light refreshment. Best served cold in a wine glass.

All Natural, Organic ingredients, Sulfite-Free, Vegan, Gluten-Free. Produced locally in Jylland.

In 2016, a handful of gastronomic personalities had the vision, courage and drive to redefine alcohol-free sparkling wines. What they created was an exciting paradox: refreshing, elegant and simple non-alcoholic wine alternatives ("proxies"). To achieve these unique flavour experiences, we use the traditional fermentation known from champagne, but stimulated with new technical approaches to brewing. The result is a range of unique wine alternatives, each with its own style and purpose.
