Josper Robatagrill RGJ-PRO M, wood charcoal open grill perfect for the robatayaki cooking style. The grilling temperature is 250 ºC and the firing up time is about 20 minutes. Grilling area is 970 x 230 mm (x3 levels) and charcoal consumption per service of 6 to 8 kg average. Included accessories: Teppanyaki plate, Josper tongs and temperature regulation grates (2 small and 2 big).

Among the improvements included in the PRO version are a larger braising area, different configurations and accessories that will allow you to enjoy an even more complete and satisfying user experience.

The Robatagrill PRO from Josper is ideal for braising in the Robatayaki style, the ancient culinary technique of Japanese gastronomy. Diners are brought the essence of braising and show cooking as the food is cooked in front of them.

Small portions of food are cooked on skewers directly on the hot charcoal. Ideal for cooking all kinds of meat, fish and vegetables in a unique way, where the ingredients never lose their original aroma. In addition, it offers various braising levels and includes different types of accessories for working over charcoal, on skewers, Teppanyaki grills and other utensils.
