arrow_backTo the overviewGATTINO "Bifteki" – The Heart of Greek BBQ Specialties
From traditional keftedes to the modern "Big Greek" burger: The perfect seasoning for everything that transforms ground meat into a feast.
An incredibly popular member of our new GATTINO spice family! Whether it's the classic "Bifteki" – traditionally filled with creamy sheep's cheese – or the popular "Keftedes" (small, crispy meatballs): Our blend brings the pure and authentic taste of Greece directly to your kitchen. Rediscover the meze culture or create an unparalleled Greek burger with a satisfying crunch.
Authenticity in every fiber
At GATTINO, we focus on the original. Our Bifteki blend is a 100% natural product, free from preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavorings. The finely balanced herbs provide a savory depth that harmonizes perfectly with beef, lamb, or even vegan ground meat alternatives. It's more than just a spice – it's the secret to that "Big Greek" flavor.
Its quality highlights:
- Original recipe: Authentic Greek flavor for professionals and home cooks alike.
- Versatile use: Ideal for bifteki, meatballs, burger patties, and minced meat sauces.
- Purely natural: Full of flavor from high-quality herbs and spices.
- Clean label: Vegan, vegetarian, and naturally gluten-free.
GATTINO's tip: For maximum flavor, briefly infuse the spice blend in a little GATTINO olive oil before mixing it into the meat or plant-based alternative. Let the mixture rest, covered, for 30–60 minutes. Then shape your patties or meatballs and grill or pan-fry them for a truly impressive result!
