- Available with MIWE original base or with a proofing cabinet.

- Doors are equipped with safety glass, heat-resistant.

- Glass doors with a hygiene solution for easy cleaning on the inside.

- MIWE go! software control – the same control system as the Roll-in rack oven.

- Pre-programmed control, can be coded directly, from a computer, or via USB key.

- All decks equipped with a separate steam system – quantity coded in the programs.

- Electrically controlled dampers coded in the programs.

- Water meter is installed to ensure precise adjustment of steam quantity.

- Baking surfaces made of stone.

- Exhaust hood 190 mm high and condensing.
