Luwak Coffee - Single Origin Coffee

Luwak are small animals which ate only the coffee cherries with good qualities. Those cherries were fermented inside the luwak stomach. Then, the farmer collected the green bean which were out from the luwak digest system.
That special process made the luwak coffee delicious. Then, the rare production process made the luwak coffee availability in the limit.
Indonesian Products Importer (IPI) imported this special luwak coffee for the Europe market.
Gayo is the name of the village in the province of Aceh which is located in the North west of Sumatera island.
The coffee farmers fermented the coffee with wine and processed with specialty standard procedure.
Indonesian Products Importer (IPI) imported this specialty coffee to Europe.
