Indonesian Products Importer

This herbal tea is an heritage of Indonesian ancient culture. It was a traditional healthy drink for kings and queens in the hundreds years back period.

Indonesian Products Importer (IPI) imported this herbal tea for Europe.

One package contains:

1. Hibiscus Sabdariffa (50%)
2. Nigella sativa (12.5%)
3. Caesalpinia Sappan (12.5%)
4. Amomum Cardamomum (12.5%)
5. Illicium Verum (6.25%)


Hibiscus Sabdariffa:
As a tea, it may be beneficial for high blood pressure.
The fruit acids in Hibiscus sabdariffa might work like a laxative. Other chemicals in Hibiscus sabdariffa might be able to lower blood pressure, reduce levels of sugar and fats in the blood, reduce swelling, and work like antibiotics.

Nigella sativa:
It has been widely used as antihypertensive, liver tonics, diuretics, digestive, anti-diarrheal, appetite stimulant, analgesics, anti-bacterial and in skin disorders. Extensive studies on Nigella sativa have been carried out by various researchers and a wide spectrum of its pharmacological actions have been explored which may include antidiabetic, anticancer, immunomodulator, analgesic, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic, bronchodilator, hepato-protective, renal protective, gastro-protective, antioxidant properties, etc.

Caesalpinia Sappan:
Caesalpinia sappan Linn. (Fabaceae), a flowering tree native to tropical Asia, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used as a natural dye to color food and beverages and as a traditional treatment for diarrhea, diabetes, and blood stasis. The phytochemical compounds in C. sappan, mainly the homoisoflavonoids brazilin, sappanone A, protosappanin, and hematoxylin, can potentially be used to protect cardiovascular organs.

Amomum Cardamomum:
The seeds are used to make medicine.
Cardamom is used for digestion problems including heartburn, intestinal spasms, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), intestinal gas, constipation, liver and gallbladder complaints, and loss of appetite. It is also used for common cold, cough, bronchitis, sore mouth and throat, and tendency toward infection.

Illicium Verum:
Illicium verum are characterized by biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects.

Indonesian Products Importer (IPI) is registered in Denmark with CVR Number 43648144.

IPI has imported following food products from Indonesia :
1. Coffee (green and roasted bean) from many Indonesian islands.
2. Tea (conventional and herbal tea)
3. Chocolate (bean and powder)
4. Spices
5. Coconut products (water, milk, and cream)
6. Packaged food

IPI will import fish and seafood from Indonesia as well, started from Q2 CY 2024.

IPI has imported some single origin coffees, such as
- Wild luwak coffee, from north of Sumatra island
- Gayo coffe, from Aceh in Sumatra island
