Zingiber officinale:
For centuries, it has been used as a natural medicine for the management of diabetes, catarrh, asthma, rheumatism, stroke, gingivitis, toothache, constipation, and nervous system diseases.

Illicium Verum:
Illicium verum are characterized by biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects.

Amomum Cardamomum:
The seeds are used to make medicine.
Cardamom is used for digestion problems including heartburn, intestinal spasms, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), intestinal gas, constipation, liver and gallbladder complaints, and loss of appetite. It is also used for common cold, cough, bronchitis, sore mouth and throat, and tendency toward infection.
