BAKERTOP is an excellent oven for baking very delicate items such as meringues/small cakes/macarons and large items such as rye bread. You have full control over the humidity, you can give your buns a strong steam and you can prepare fillings for your cakes in the oven.
Save your recipes in groups on the screen so they are easy to find. Should you feel like making liver pâté or preparing fillings for your sandwiches - you can do that too and let the washing system clean the oven.

Ideal for hotels that also make breakfast - possibly with a GN insert inserted or for bakeries.
The example here is shown with a deck oven below, which is for those who also want to make snacks, pizza slices/sausage horns or as a shop oven in the bakery, where a country bread in the hearth oven gives a nice aroma in the shop.
The deck oven can be controlled via the oven's control panel.
