For those who want a combi oven with a washing system and recipes that are easy for your staff to use. The oven can be placed on top of a UNOX SLOWTOP, which with its just 3.15 kW is a cost-effective way to handle other tasks that would normally tie up the oven.

CHEFTOP ONE combi oven:
Easily prepare 90% of the dishes that would normally require other equipment, without needing to be present all the time.

SLOWTOP Cook’n’Hold oven:
- Slow roasting (e.g. pulled pork)
- Braising (e.g. goulash / osso buco / coq au vin)
- Keeping food warm at 70°C
- Reheating food (cook and chill)
- Sous-vide

Requires connection to electricity, water, and drainage.

Optional:
- Delivery indoors and unpacking
- Installation
- Free training
- Steam condenser (hood)
