150 years of history !

- 1872 : Félix Bigallet set up his own liqueur and syrup
factory on Avenue de Saxe in Lyon. He supplies inns
and cafés, as well as the new merchants of the
industrial era.

- 1885: returned to his native Val de Virieu.

- 1926: The Albertville Olympic Games kick-started
the development of speciality shops

- 1998: launch of the organic range
