Yolo Chai produces handcrafted, organic chai in Aarhus, brewed from scratch using whole spices in its own chai roastery.
The core product is Yolo Chai Sticky Brew – a liquid chai made with seven spices, fresh ginger and cane sugar, gently simmered into an aromatic chai concentrate. The product is developed for cafés and makes it possible to serve a complex chai latte quickly and consistently – without powders.
The newest product is Yolo Sparkling Chai – a vinous, sparkling and alcohol-free chai that moves in the same gastronomic universe as sparkling tea. The beverage works well as an aperitif, with food or in mocktails.
Yolo Chai connects the café chai latte with the growing gastronomic universe of alcohol-free beverages.
