Handcrafted chai from Aarhus gains ground in cafés across Denmark

Sticky Brew is a handcrafted, organic chai brewed with seven spices, fresh ginger and cane sugar, gently simmered into an aromatic chai concentrate. The product is developed for cafés and makes it possible to serve a complex chai latte quickly and consistently – without using powders.
Today, Yolo Chai is served at places such as ARoS, Hotel Guldsmeden, Café Broløs and Café Lige Om Hjørnet, where a focus on quality, aesthetics and good ingredients aligns naturally with the handcrafted nature of the chai.
Yolo Chai is produced in the company’s own chai roastery in Aarhus, where spices are roasted, brewed and bottled in small batches.
The work with the chai universe has also gained gastronomic recognition. Yolo Chai has been selected as one of three finalists for the Product Award at Sol over Gudhjem, one of Denmark’s most prestigious food competitions.
At Food Expo, Yolo Chai will present both their Sticky Brew and new products in the range, including Spice Sprinkle and Sparkling Chai – a vinous, sparkling and alcohol-free chai developed for the gastronomic world.
