Yolo Chai Sticky Chai

Yolo Chai is a handcrafted Danish Sticky Chai – an organic chai made from scratch using whole ingredients.

The tea consists of Assam tea, seven aromatic spices, freshly grated ginger and flower honey. Nothing else. The combination of cinnamon, cardamom, fennel, pepper, star anise, cloves and nutmeg creates a warm and spiced flavour with depth and complexity.

The liquid honey and fresh ginger bind the ingredients together and give the chai its characteristic “sticky” texture – rich, aromatic and intense.

Yolo Chai is not a powder or granulate, but a blend of whole and ground spices, some of which are gently roasted to enhance their aroma and flavour.

The chai is well suited for cafés, restaurants and specialty stores, and also works well in hotels and conference settings where a warm alternative to coffee is desired.

Yolo Chai was developed by us, Sidsel and Lasse Bech Kiilerich, and is produced in our own chai roastery in the heart of Aarhus, where we roast, blend and handcraft our chai ourselves.

The result is a product that is both luxurious, down-to-earth and honest – elevating chai into a new taste experience.

Yolo Chai – handcrafted chai from Aarhus

Yolo Chai is a handcrafted, organic chai made from scratch using whole spices – never powders. We roast, brew and bottle everything ourselves in our chai roastery and brewery in Trøjborg, Aarhus.

Our main product is Yolo Chai Sticky Brew, a liquid chai made with seven high-quality spices, fresh ginger and cane sugar. It enables cafés to serve a complex chai latte quickly and consistently – without using powders. In just a few years, Yolo Chai has grown from zero to around 50 cafés across Denmark.
