Kølster Malt & Øl
Kølster Malt & Øl is an organic farmhouse brewery placed on the idyllic Krogerup Avlsgård in Humlebæk, Denmark.
We malt our own barley, harvested from our own fields situated just around the brewery.
The beer style is modern with a solid well-crafted foundation.
We brew everything from crisp and easy-drinking pilsners, modern well-hopped hazy IPAs and pale ales, sour fruit beers, dark stouts and porters and German classics like schwarzbiers, rauchbiers and bocks.
