When you taste Teedawn's non-alcoholic beers and wines, you'll be surprised that there is no or very little alcohol.

That surprise is our goal, because we want to give you and your guests a great sensory experience. We focus on creating classic, genuine, clean, mild, round, pleasant and soft flavours.

That's why we have subjected ourselves to the world's oldest and strictest set of rules for brewing beer - the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516.

In our beer products, we only use pure and unmanipulated spring and tap water, premium natural hops and malts and unique yeast strains.

In our wines, we use untreated Class A grapes and we take the time to carefully press, vinify, age and cultivate them.

Brewing Beer and Wine with less or no alcohol is a difficult, time-consuming and costly craft. Alcohol is a magical ingredient that adds flavour, body and viscosity to beer and can even cover up brewing errors.

Tasty and clean beers and wines with less or no alcohol place uncompromising demands on raw materials, brewing processes, equipment and not least craftsmanship and experience.

That's why we work with the European elite who share our passion and have respect for - and great humility towards - the task.

To remove or reduce the alcohol, we use various methods including a patented vacuum distillation process, yeast stop/bottle storage and specially developed yeast that breaks down alcohol.

We are one of the few to have access to the most advanced technology in the world.
