60% Mavroudi, 40% Cabernet Franc
VINIFICATION - MATURATION
Classic red wine vinification with a long extraction. It ages in new oak barrels of dense porosity for 24 months. Bottled after physical stabilization and without filtering, any amount of sediment is normal.
COLOR
Deep purple.
TASTING NOTES
Intense and complex nose. Aromas of mature black fruits, tobacco, hints of chocolate and spices. Noble and silky with soft tannins, vivid acidity and a long aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
An excellent match for shank of lamb with saffron, pork frame with grape sauce and game meat.
