Classic red wine vinification combined with micro-oxygenation. It matures in stainless steel tank with oak chips.
COLOR
Deep purple.
TASTING NOTES
Intense aromas of red fruit, smoke, chocolate, and black pepper. Balanced in the mouth with medium acidity and round, soft tannins. Pleasant finish.
FOOD PAIRING
An excellent match for pasta with meat, red meat with delicate sauces, mature soft cheese.
