Pur pasta is a unique dry egg pasta, that thanks to our natural processing cooks in only 1-2 minutes giving you the same texture and taste of fresh egg pasta.
In our company, all raw materials are entirely self-produced: The eggs are freshly collected from our sustainably farmed hens and the wheat is grown by us and allowed to mature at a constant temperature before being milled into semolina.
