Dill Cakes

In it you will find cauliflower, yellow split peas and fresh dill, which immediately brings to mind a freshly caught fish patty. The dill part has won 'Vegan Product of the Year' and is a new classic in the vegetable kitchen.
Eat the dill part cold, or heat it in a medium-hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
