Organic carrot juice, fermented with lactic acid

Select Demeter carrots from open-pollinated varieties form the basis for this naturally delicious, lactic acid-fermented carrot juice. It is also ideal for traditional juice fasting and is rich in vitamin A.

After pressing, we inoculate the carrot juice with special bacterial cultures. This triggers fermentation, producing lactic acid. Pasteurization stops this fermentation process, but the desired lactic acid is retained. Incidentally, there is no connection between lactic acid and milk or other animal products. All our vegetable juices are naturally vegan. The lactic acid-fermented carrot juice is rich in vitamin A.
