Italy's mild climate provides ideal conditions for cultivating the dark red Merlot grapes, originally from France.
Grown biodynamically, they develop their full aroma under the strong summer sun, are then harvested by hand, pressed as quickly as possible, and gently processed by us. The result is an alcohol-free delicacy that combines the taste of Italian joie de vivre with French savoir-vivre.
