CARROT CRISPBREAD

arrow_backTo the overview

REST I/S

The recipe for this crispbread is based on a byproduct from juice production: fiber-rich carrot pulp.

In addition to the pulp, the crispbread contains a generous amount of seeds and grains, and is seasoned with fennel seeds. Together, they make the crispbread both crunchy and flavorful.

The final result is a light and fiber-rich product that can be enjoyed as is or with toppings!
