A flavorful, lactic acid-fermented beetroot juice made from open-pollinated, particularly aromatic varieties. A vegan delight of the highest Demeter quality, rich in valuable potassium and folic acid.
For good reason, we support independent seed research and the development of open-pollinated varieties. The more powerful seed companies become, the more important our commitment to open-pollinated, organically produced vegetables with healthy structures becomes. Our beetroot juice is rich in potassium and folic acid, covering 15% of the recommended daily intake of potassium (303 mg/100 ml) and 15% of the recommended daily intake of folic acid (30 µg/100 ml).
