At Paris-Le Bourget airport, Air Culinaire Worldwide has just moved into their new kitchen to be close to the aircraft, so that each flight can be served in less than fifteen minutes and thus accommodate last-minute requests.
Access
In order to ensure the highest level of hygiene and maintenance of the premises, Altro's floors and walls were chosen. The kitchen, corridors, changing rooms, preparation rooms (hot and cold) and storage rooms were installed
