Danish Pastry from Hobro – Hand‑Rolled Classics from BÆCHS

At Bæchs Conditori in Hobro, Danish baking traditions are upheld through classic craftsmanship and carefully selected ingredients. Here, popular specialties are hand‑rolled and baked – including our two new varieties: Sweet Buttermilk Horn with Raspberry and Sweet Marzipan Horn – both developed with a focus on great taste and easy handling in the professional kitchen.

Sweet Buttermilk Horn with Raspberry is a classic Danish horn filled with raspberry, custard and ODENSE almond filling. Each horn is hand‑rolled and baked to a golden finish, giving it an inviting appearance and a soft, moist crumb.

Sweet Marzipan Horn is a hand‑rolled horn baked with ODENSE Marzipan, delivering a rich and authentic almond flavour. The horns are topped with pearl sugar, adding crunch and a traditional look.

Ready to use – every day
Both products are delivered fresh from frozen and are ready to serve after thawing, making them ideal for professionals who want high quality without compromising on time or resources.
