He knows all about the costs of waste, training constantly changing staff, and—most importantly—the challenge of ensuring the same high quality is served every single time. I’m working in our backend and am ready to answer any questions you may have about our products and brand. We’re a small team, and I’m the one wearing the octopus hat, trying to keep track of everything that’s going on in the company.

I have 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry from several countries, before founding Tchin Tchin here in DK.
