I’m working in our backend and am ready to answer any questions you may have about our products and brand. We’re a small team, and I’m the one wearing the octopus hat, trying to keep track of everything that’s going on in the company.

I’m behind all the recipes and also handle the production, where I handcraft all the syrups and finished products. I have 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry from several countries, before founding Tchin Tchin here in DK. My goal is to make it easy—and delicious—to serve great drinks without hassle or prior experience.
