A family-owned production, where we follow the oil from tree to bottle ourselves. A product without additions or standardization from our own trees.
The oil is made exclusively from hand-harvested olives from our own property and cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest. The grove contains naturally occurring varieties such as Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, which together form an authentic, site-specific blend.
Sensory profile Medium-fruity virgin olive oil with notes of fresh grass, green tomato and wild Mediterranean herbs. Harmonious bitterness and a slightly peppery finish.
