Since its establishment in 2001, Miss Bagel has been synonymous with premium quality, pure ingredients, and respect for the authentic American recipe. We are dedicated to working with carefully selected, wholesome, and natural ingredients, including flour without shortening agents and without bleaching agents. Our commitment is reflected in the use of pure butter in both cakes and brioche buns, authentic cheddar cheese on our bagels, and plenty of whole grains in our whole wheat bread.
Behind the exquisite taste experience are our skilled artisan bakers, who focus on the perfect texture, the right crumb, and the incomparable flavor. This is our passion, and every day we dedicate ourselves to baking the highest quality bread for all of Denmark from our bakery in Espergærde, North Zealand.
