Kokkepanelet (chef panel) by Nørgaard Research is a specialised research bureau working closely with professional kitchens. We help food companies understand what truly drives the decisions made by chefs, head chefs and purchasing managers, and what it takes for a product to be chosen in everyday kitchen life.
We have created Kokkepanelet (chef panel), which is a network of culinary professionals, head chefs and purchasing managers who share honest and concrete feedback on everything from products and concepts to packaging and communication.
Everyone in chef panel is passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping food producers adapt their products to the real needs of professional kitchens.
Through interviews, observational studies and surveys, the everyday experiences of chefs are transformed into concrete insights that food companies can act on directly.

Kathrine Nørgaard Fisker
CEO and Founder
Nørgaard Research is founded and run by Kathrine Nørgaard Fisker. Nørgaard Research specializes in providing valuable insights from professional kitchens to food companies. I founded Nørgaard Research in 2023 (formerly Userwise) because I saw a need for insights specifically tailored to the food industry and based on practical foodservice experience. To ensure the most relevant and practice-based insights, I established The Chef Panel by Nørgaard Research, a network of head chefs and food professionals from various segments of the industry. At Food Expo, I look forward to meet the country’s kitchen heroes, who cook for many people every day, to introduce the Chef Panel and invite food professionals to join if their interests align with the panel’s purpose.
