IREKS is a manufacturer and supplier of baking agents, mixes, malts and sourdoughs.
IREKS Nordic, based in Ishøj, markets the IREKS and Dreidoppel ranges in Denmark. Our products are distributed through a dealer network, while IREKS Nordic Aps offers consulting assistance to Danish bakers and the foodservice segment. Our skills range widely from baking techniques, new technology to, not least, assortment and recipe development.
