Hummusson brings traditional hummus into a new format – Europe’s first shelf-stable hummus in Tetra Pak, with a shelf life of up to 3 years and no refrigeration required.
Inspired by family recipes passed down through generations, our hummus delivers authentic flavor combined with modern convenience.
Our hummus is 100% plant-based and made without added sugar, oil, or preservatives. The product is developed for both retail shelves and professional kitchens.
The Tetra Pak packaging allows for long shelf life, simplified logistics without the need for a cold chain, reduced food waste, and easy storage and transportation.
Hummusson started as a family-run hummus bar and café in Malmö, Sweden, where our recipes quickly became popular with the local community. Inspired by the dishes our grandmothers and aunts have prepared for generations, we wanted to share the same authentic flavors with a wider audience.
Today we work with retailers, distributors, and food service partners across Europe, offering hummus with authentic taste, long shelf life, and simple logistics.
