The Danish Sommelier Association (DSF), founded in 1989, was established with a clear ambition: to strengthen the sommelier profession in Denmark and promote a deeper appreciation for wine and professional excellence. The association brings together dedicated professionals from across the industry and provides a dynamic platform for learning, inspiration, and development through tastings, masterclasses, and competitions.
