Andersen Winery is a Danish winery located in the unique landscape around Mols Bjerge National Park. We use Danish fruits and berries because of their unique flavour and perfect acidity for sparkling wines. We work closely with farmers near the winery to ensure a sustainable production with a minimum of transportation.


Andersen Winery is founded by winemaker Mads Groom Andersen,
food specialist Frantz Maurice Scott Lundby and entrepreneur
Morten Rinder Stengaard. It is still a small production, but the staff has expanded and the production keeps increasing.

By combining the traditional method with the finest
Danish-grown fruits and berries, we have created a
unique type of wine. But great taste takes time, so
our wines spend between 9 and 45 months ageing
in tank, barrel and bottle. No bottle leaves the winery
until aroma, taste and structure is in perfect balance.
